Returns can be accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt and more specifically:
In order for a return to be accepted, the purchase document must be present (retail receipt or invoice) and the product must be in its original condition, ie:
- not to have been used in any way
- to have its complete original packaging
- its packaging has not been damaged / damaged
For receipts from the store or in all areas where delivery is made by truck and employees of our store, all devices are unpacked and checked by the customer before signing the receipt. In case of shock detection, the product is picked up on the spot to be returned. A hit report upon receipt and removal of our carriers cannot be accepted.
In case of defective product in terms of operation within the first 14 days of receipt, return is possible but may need to be checked by a technician authorized by the relevant dealership to rule out misuse. With the confirmation of the correct use but abnormal operation, its replacement is launched.
After the expiration of 14 days, change of defective products is done only after examination, confirmation and approval by an authorized service of the respective official Greek delegation.
Please note that return shipping costs are charged to our store in case of defective products (the first 14 days of receipt) or our own error while in any other case the return costs are borne by the customer.
Right of withdrawal: The customer reserves the right to return the product / products purchased without the obligation to announce the reason for return within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case, the customer bears the cost of return.
Returns will only be accepted if the products the customer wishes to return are in exactly the same condition in which they were received. This means that yes, they may have been unpacked, but their examination has been limited to the usual examination carried out in the physical store to determine their nature and characteristics and they do not have any damage. A necessary condition for the return is the existence of the packaging intact and indestructible as well as the accessories.
Our company refunds the corresponding amount stated on the retail receipt or invoice as soon as it receives the product (s) back, using for return the corresponding instrument with the one initially chosen by the customer for the transaction.
The right of withdrawal, a right that applies to remote purchases, does not apply in case of receipt from our physical store. In addition, it ceases to apply in cases where the customer has taken actions beyond the usual examination that would take place in the physical store to determine their nature and characteristics, eg has operated a washing machine or has installed an air conditioner . Finally, the right of withdrawal does not apply to devices that have software and have been unpacked, e.g. televisions.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform our company of his decision in writing by letter or e-mail. If the customer sends his withdrawal statement electronically, our company will send him on a fixed means (eg e-mail) confirmation of receipt of his withdrawal.
In addition, the customer must send back to our company the products he wishes to return without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day he declared to the company that he is withdrawing.
According to the law, “goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons” are excluded from the right of withdrawal. An illustrative example of such a case are personal care products, e.g. shaver, epilator, rechargeable toothbrush etc ..
